We have a waiting list of folks who wish to join the Partnership. We want to give them the opportunity to join as soon as possible. This quiz is designed to give us an estimate of those returning and those staying. Answering "yes" to this quiz will give you a "1". Answering "no" will give you a "0". For those answering "no", someone will go through and give you a .99 so you get credit for this assignment.
