**Update My Demographic Information in Go Sign Me Up (GSMU) (This due date is hard and fast) (REQUIRED FOR EACH STUDENT TO COMPLETE)

You need to update your demographic information.  That is the super secret information we have on you like:

• Your address
• Your phone number
• Your email address

This is very important information because your Community Experts need this to make sure you have all the information you need.  The Partnership needs this because we want to make sure you have all the information you need.

Here is how you do this.

You must change your grade level in Go Sign Me Up to reflect the grade level you will be working at next year.  Here is how you do it.

Go to Go Sign Me Up, here is the link.

Log in with Mom or Dad's log in information.

Find your name and click on it.

On the left side of the page is your demographic information (that means all the super secret information we need about you)

Take a look at everything and make sure it is good.

Don't forget to save your changes.  You do this by clicking on the blue box to the right of the words "Student Information".  To double check that you saved this correctly, log out, or go to your siblings demographic information and come back to yours to see if the change is still there.
